Citizenship
Our Citizenship Program provides assistance with N-400 Citizenship
Applications, case management for all participants, and provides Citizenship
Classes to our clients who need extra preparation for their Citizenship
interview. We can also offer application fee assistance depending on the
participant's case. If anyone is interested in the program, please contact

General requirements to apply for Citizenship include:

At 5 years with a Permanent Residence Card or 3 years if the person has
been married to a U.S. Citizen for at least 3 years and that person has been
a citizen for at least 3 years.
Must have a clean police and criminal record for the last 5 years
Copies of the last 3 years of Income Taxes
Information about where the person has lived in the last 5 years
Information about where the person has worked in the last 5 years
If applicable, information about spouse including Date of Birth, SSN,
and Date of Marriage
If applicable, information about person's children including Date of
Birth and where the child resides
If applicable, certified copies of all police and court records
2 passport style photos and a check or money order for $400 (cost covers
INS fingerprint and application fees, our services are free)
